What’s included in the price?

The services included in the price vary according to the arrangement and the charge category chosen. You can check all the included services for your beach holiday in your booking confirmation.Half-board includes dinner, which is served in our beautiful restaurant, while full board also includes lunch served in a reserved area of the seafront terrace.

Is it possible to rent bicycles in the hotel?

Of course! In our hotel we have free rental bicycles for our guests. For information on the slopes and cycle routes in Jesolo and the surrounding area, ask directly at the hotel Reception.

How can I pay?

You can pay by cash or debit/credit card.
We accept the following credit cards:

  • AMERICAN EXPRESS
  • MAESTRO / PAGOBANCOMAT

Please remember that in compliance with current regulations it is not possible to exceed the limit imposed for cash payments of Euro 3,000.00 until June 30 and Euro 2,000.00 from July 1, 2020.

How do I know that my booking has been confirmed?

When you book, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking, if I don’t turn up or if I have to leave earlier?

The conditions of cancellation or change of the reservation may vary according to the periods and the charge category chosen. At the time of booking the cancellation/change conditions are described in detail to allow our guests to choose the rate and conditions most suitable for their needs in total transparency.

Reservations in March, April, May, June and September: cancellations made up to 3 days before the date of departure are free. If you cancel late or in case of no show, the cost of the first night of your stay will be charged.

Reservations in July and August: cancellations made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
If you arrive late or leave early then you will be charged for the entire stay.

These conditions apply to bookings made directly through our website, unless stated otherwise in the confirmation email.
For bookings made through other booking portals, the cancellation conditions on the website (or otherwise agreed) apply.

From what time is the room available on the day I arrive? By what time do I have to leave the room on my departure day?

Rooms are available from noon on the day you arrive and you must leave be out of your room by 11am on the day you leave.

If these times are inconvenient, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our very best to find a more suitable solution.

Does the hotel have a private car park?

Yes, it does. Our private car park has CCTV and is free for guests.

Can I have a cradle in my room?

Yes. If guests require them, the hotel can provide cradles and beds for children. We do not charge for children under the age of 2 (in a room with 2 adults).

What times are meals served?

Breakfast: 7:30 am – 10am  
Lunch: 12:30pm – 1.30 pm  
Dinner: 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Can I order special dishes if I ask?

Our chefs are always happy to prepare vegetarian or gluten-free dishes or meals suitable for customers with food allergies. We also do a special children’s menu. Of course, we are happy to satisfy any other dietary requirements you may have.

Can I get the Internet? How much does it cost?

We have the WI-FI throughout the hotel, in the rooms, and on the terrace too. Internet access is free for our guests: just ask for your user name and password at the reception.

Can I bring my pets?

Yes, we welcome small pets and do not charge for them. They can stay with you in the park area, but they are not allowed in our restaurant, on the terrace, on the beach or in the pool. They must weight less than 15 kg. 
If you intend to bring your pet, please let us know before you arrive. In some cases, certain pets may not be allowed out of respect for our other guests.

Do you see the sea from the rooms?

Thanks to the seafront position of our hotel, all the rooms have a balcony with a front or side sea view, depending on  the room type.

How much do you charge for the use of sun loungers on the beach and by the pool?

The sun beds with umbrellas and beach towels by the pool, in the park and on the private beach in front of the hotel are free of charge for our guests.
You can book your sun loungers on the beach on arrival, while in the park and pool, the sun loungers are free based on availability. Every day you will get clean beach towels at the reception.
