Staying at the Park Hotel Ermitage means being delighted by our cuisine among the traditional specialties of our territory and the proposals of our Chef. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served on the large seafront terrace from which you can admire a magical panorama between the sea and the pine forest.

The menu is à la carte and you will have a rich buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One of our chefs will cook for you, at the moment, in our show cooking area: you can ask for eggs, first dishes, fish or meat of the day.

Meticulous attention is given to the preparation of vegetarian menus and to people with particular food intolerances (such as celiac disease).
The wine list offers a variety of the best Italian labels and a wide selection of the most renowned international wines.

To make your moments special at the Park Hotel Ermitage, on Wednesdays you'll have breakfast at the sound of a piano playing in the background.
For those guests who book our suites, there is the chance to enjoy seafront dinners at the Privè Beach Restaurant, savoring an elegant and romantic atmosphere. Take advantage of it straight away!

 

Breakfast

Breakfast is served every day from 7.30 am to 10.00 am. The buffet breakfast is extensive. The offer includes a wide selection of croissants, sausages, cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruit, desserts, salty dishes and much more. This is the best way to start the day. The ones who don't like to get up early can have breakfast at the bar until 11.30 am with a cappuccino, croissants, and fruit juices.

On Wednesday mornings you can enjoy a breakfast to the sound of a piano.
 

Lunch

At lunchtime, the choice is even wider thanks to the à la carte menu that our chefs will cook for you at the moment and on request in our show cooking area, and a very tasty international buffet to satisfy even the most demanding palates: from delicious cold dishes to real culinary proposals prepared by our chefs.
Particular attention is devoted to fresh fish, meat and seasonal products.

Dinner

At dinner, the atmosphere is really special.
You can choose your favorite à la carte dishes and have them cooked by our chefs in the show cooking area.
Furthermore, a delicious international buffet able to satisfy even the most demanding palates is ready to delight you. You will find from delicious cold dishes to real culinary proposals prepared by our chefs with particular attention devoted to fresh fish, meat, and seasonal products.

The Restaurant & Bar Lounge of the Park Hotel Ermitage is an elegant and refined place where you can sip a drink or a cocktail prepared by our barmen and spend unforgettable evenings by candlelight by the pool or in front of the mesmerizing panorama between the sea, the garden, and the pine forest that can be enjoyed from the terrace.

From noon, the bar offers a choice of snacks and aperitifs on the pool terrace.
At sunset, you can enjoy our cocktail Park Hotel Ermitage Beach.

Special Evenings

Every two Fridays, the Park Hotel Ermitage organizes an after dinner with live music.
Every Sunday night there is an aperitif with music.

Mi permetto di segnalare oltre alla pulizia degli ambienti, la cura del buffet (colazione, pranzo e cena) con particolare attenzione dello Chef spesso e volentieri presente, a proporre sempre cose accattivanti senza mai cadere nel banale, evitando sprechi, operatori sempre attenti a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente che si sente quasi coccolato.
